Shipping Policy – Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch
Nisso Dekalo Ltd – Parts & Avionics Supplier dispatches in-stock items the same business day when the order is received before 3:00 PM (local time at the origin warehouse) and shipped via UPS. Orders shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers are not covered by the UPS 3:00 PM same-day shipping policy.

For online orders, the Shopping Cart displays stock status and an estimated delivery date based on the selected shipping method when the “Default” origin is used. Estimated dates depend on the time the order is placed, origin warehouse, and destination ZIP / country. Carrier delays caused by weather or other factors outside our control may impact transit times and remove responsibility from any quoted delivery date.

Backorders & Special Items
For Backorder, Out of Stock, Special Orders, Drop-Ship, and Non-Stocking products, we will provide an estimated ship date if the item is already on order from the supplier. These dates are based on supplier purchase order expectations and cannot be guaranteed, as factory delays and other external factors may affect lead times. Actual delivery time may vary until the order is fully processed and confirmed.

The most accurate expected delivery timeline is always shown on the Order Confirmation screen after checkout.

• International orders may be placed through our international representatives or directly with our team in Israel.
• To expedite service, please send correspondence in English or Hebrew.
• To reduce shipping costs, international orders are generally shipped complete unless the customer requests partial shipments.

We typically ship international orders via UPS, FedEx, and DHL, which are recommended for excellent tracking and traceability. Parcel-post tracing can be time-consuming and unreliable; therefore, we cannot be responsible for shipments made by parcel post. If a freight forwarder is required, we can work with a forwarder familiar with our shipments or with one of your choice to meet your requirements.

Important: All freight, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer. If Nisso Dekalo Ltd is billed on your behalf, you agree that these charges will be invoiced to you accordingly.
