Nisso Dekalo Ltd “Company” “Website” “Services”


1) Introduction, Acceptance and Applicability

The website and any related applications (collectively, the “Website”) are owned and operated by Nisso Dekalo Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”). These terms (together with the Privacy Policy, Returns/Cancellations Policy and any other policy or notice displayed on the Website or during checkout, collectively the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and the purchase of products and services (“Services”).

By accessing, browsing, registering, placing an order or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree – you must not use the Website.

The Company may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of use or order shall be binding. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Minimum age: Use and purchases are intended for users aged 18 and above. Minors may use the Website only under parental or guardian supervision and consent, and legal responsibility remains with the parent or guardian.

These Terms also apply to offline transactions (email, phone, RFQ documents, purchase orders) unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.


2) Privacy Policy

Use of the Website is also subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which describes the collection, use, sharing and protection of personal data. In case of conflict, the Privacy Policy shall prevail regarding personal data matters.


3) Website License and Intellectual Property

Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Website for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Commercial use of Website content without written authorization.
  • Data scraping, robots, data mining or unauthorized indexing.
  • Copying, modifying, translating or reverse engineering Website content or code.
  • Framing, mirroring, meta tags or hidden text using Company trademarks without consent.
  • Unauthorized use of Company logos or trademarks.

All intellectual property rights on the Website belong to the Company and/or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond the limited license stated herein.


4) User Accounts and Security

  • Some services may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activities performed under your account.
  • You must notify the Company immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.
  • The Company is not required to verify the identity of every user session.

5) Quotes, Orders and Contract Formation

  • Website information does not constitute a binding offer unless explicitly stated.
  • An order is considered accepted only after confirmation and payment verification.
  • The Company may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, fraud suspicion or regulatory restrictions.
  • Errors in product description or pricing may be corrected or refunded as required by law.

6) Pricing, Taxes and Fees

  • Prices may exclude taxes, customs duties or handling fees unless stated otherwise.
  • International shipments may incur import taxes, VAT and brokerage fees payable by the customer.
  • Prices are subject to change. The confirmed invoice or proforma price is binding.

7) Payments and Fraud Prevention

  • Payments may be made by approved methods (credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
  • The Company may perform verification checks for fraud prevention.
  • Orders may be suspended or canceled if payment verification fails.

8) Availability and Delivery Times

Product availability and delivery estimates are approximate and subject to manufacturer, logistics and regulatory factors. Delays caused by carriers or authorities are not the responsibility of the Company.


9) Risk Transfer and International Shipping

  • Unless otherwise agreed, risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
  • Ownership transfers subject to full payment.
  • International orders may be subject to Incoterms specified in shipping documents.

10) Aviation Regulation and Compliance

  • Aviation products may be subject to FAA, EASA, ICAO, CAAI or Part-145 requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for regulatory compliance and installation approval.
  • Technical support does not replace certification by authorized professionals.

11) Export Control and Sanctions

  • Products may be subject to ITAR/EAR and international export regulations.
  • Customers must not export or re-export without proper authorization.
  • The Company may request end-user statements and compliance documentation.

12) Returns, Cancellations and Warranty

  • Returns and cancellations are subject to Company policy and applicable law.
  • Special orders and opened products may be non-refundable.
  • Manufacturer warranty applies where applicable.

13) User Content and Communication

  • User-submitted content is the responsibility of the user.
  • Illegal, offensive or misleading content is prohibited.
  • The Company may remove content and cooperate with authorities.

14) Feedback

Feedback provided may be used by the Company without compensation or restriction.


15) Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. The Company is not responsible for their content or policies.


16) Suspension or Termination

  • Users may close accounts subject to outstanding obligations.
  • The Company may suspend access due to violations or legal requirements.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims, damages and expenses arising from misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.


18) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. The Company disclaims all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.


19) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.


20) Remedies

The Company may seek injunctive relief or other legal remedies in case of violation.


21) Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events including war, strikes, pandemics or logistics disruptions.


22) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Tel Aviv District. Mandatory consumer protections under local law remain unaffected.


23) Miscellaneous

  • Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
  • If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
  • Assignment of rights requires Company approval.
