Seamless Integration in Robotic Production Lines

In a project led by Rhythmsoft Robotics (India), the RF040-65/115 system with 6 laser beams was integrated into a robotic arm to measure the internal diameter of engine bores. The sensor moves inside the bore and takes measurements at three levels (top, middle, bottom), with periodic automatic calibration using a Master Ring. The system is successfully operating at a Tata Group facility.
