Guide and enquiry performance
We use first-party daily aggregate counters to understand use of our guides, checklist downloads and guide-to-enquiry links. These counter files contain no names, email addresses, IP addresses, session identifiers, search terms or full referring URLs, and are retained for 31 days. When you follow a guide link to make an enquiry, the guide identifier and a broad source category may be kept with that enquiry. The temporary link between the guide visit and the enquiry uses the existing website session for up to two hours; this feature adds no advertising cookie or cross-device tracking. An unknown source is not assumed to be a search-engine visit.
